Holland Hospitality were responsible for the catering at a wedding reception we attended at Cambridge University Ely Boathouse on 17th May 2025.

The staff were hugely attentive, very engaging and hard-working - nothing was any trouble. The food (canapés, then a superior, at-table barbecue, finishing with a trio of desserts) was delicious and faultless in its taste and presentation. We were hugely impressed.

 

Thank you for looking after us so well at our table and during the pre-meal drinks. We were out-of-area guests at the wedding but were so impressed with the service and the meal that we felt compelled to leave a review.

We used them for our wedding and they were absolutely incredible. The food was delicious, and managing to serve 155 guests steak, perfectly cooked, is no small feat! Several people told us it was the best food they'd ever eaten at a wedding afterwards! Not only was the food exceptional, but they were also so fantastic to work with - the serving team were super lovely and on it and Dannielle was an organisational queen! Cannot rate these guys highly enough and will 100% be using them again for any parties in the future!

We used Holland Hospitality for our wedding recently, May 2025 and we cannot praise Calvin, Dannielle and team enough.

The food (the most important bit!) was incredible. We absolutely loved everything that was prepared for the day and have received so many comments from guests saying how tasty everything was from the canapés, to the mains, to the evening food - all 5 star!

Dannielle is a pleasure to deal with and made everything run so smoothly in the run up to and on the day. She was always available for a chat or to bounce ideas off of in preparation for the day, and on the day she was always so attentive to everything, and particularly us as the bride and groom! She really went above and beyond what was expected from a caterer and helped out with so many different aspects of the running of the afternoon / evening.

We cannot thank Calvin, Dannielle and the team at Holland Hospitality enough for their incredible work at our wedding at Longstowe Hall in April 2025.

Communication with Dannielle in the lead up to the wedding was brilliant - she was always available to call if we needed to make any adjustment or had any queries, quick to respond to emails and we had a few calls to run through the day beforehand too.
The team were really accommodating with dietary requirements and specific needs of guests.
We also thoroughly enjoyed the wedding tasting.

The food was absolute perfection - the selection of canapés, the 3 course wedding breakfast and the evening hog roast rolls. Our guests were highly complimentary of how delicious the food was. Our photographer said it was the best wedding food he had ever eaten.

The service was impeccable. It was incredibly smooth and organised.

We cannot thank the team enough for making this important part of our wedding day so amazing. We would 100000% recommend Holland Hospitality for any event or wedding.
